Who are our customers?
We cater for all industries and all sizes of business, from very small businesses (one employee) to large (40,000 employees) enterprises. We have more than 25 000 customers throughout southern Africa, paying in the region of three million people.
How important is customer service?
We see ourselves as a solutions provider. 80% of VIP’s turnover consists of services revenue.
Of 12 000 customers surveyed annually we consistently achieve a 95% rating of above average or excellent. We take service very seriously at VIP and we talk about service every day.
How do we innovate?
We continuously challenge ourselves to come up with innovative ways to simplify technology in order to make it easier for business to use. Cutting edge technology is used as a means to innovate and not the other way around.
