The VIP Business Intelligence Manager (BIM) is a licensed module, powered by Alchemex, which forms part of the integrated suite of VIP products.

This reporting solution uses the power of MS Excel as a report writing tool, providing you with meaningful insight and interpretation of your VIP data for Essentials, Classic and Premier payroll.

VIP BIM is a MS Excel rendered Business Intelligence (BI) plug-in to the VIP suite of payroll applications. Users are provided with a suite of reports that can be modified or customised to suit individual user requirements, in addition to the existing payroll reports within the VIP system.

The following modules are available with VIP BIM:

• Administrator – this is a gateway to data, offering connectivity to multiple sources at any time. It is installed and licensed through
• VIP Payroll and holds all the rules relating to how you will extract data.
• Report Manager – this is the authoring tool used to house and write reports. It is installed and licensed through VIP Payroll and is a central repository for an organisations reports.
