Good decisions are based on accurate information that’s extracted from raw data. Most software administrators know that jumping from data to decisions is far easier said than done. Over the years we have developed several generic reports that have helped many of our clients do just that.
The experience we have gained has enabled us to recognise specific trends in the market. Consequently we have developed generic reports that address these trends and will run on any instance of VIP Payroll. These generic reports are now available to all our clients at a very affordable annual fee.

Is there an annual fee to use the tool?
Yes, excluding the admin fee.
When will I receive the SMART Reporting Tool?
Once we have received your signed order form it will be sent to you via e-mail within a week.
Is SMART part of VIP?
Yes and no. SMART is a VIP initiative and it uses VIP data, but is extracted predominately for MS Excel. This is because almost everyone is proficient in MS Excel.
Will my annual fee stay the same?
Yes, except for annual inflationary increases.
What will be included in the annual fee?

This creates the submission required for Statistics South Africa as per their guidelines.

Extracts 12 months of financial information.
