Temp services 

Apart from our permanent recruitment service, we also have a pool of temps who can assist you with short-term contracts. As using temps can be risky, especially in payroll and HR where this entails working closely with your companies’ staff, we ensure that all our temps have been thoroughly screened and assessed. All levels of skills and experience are available.

Quality control
In Gauteng we also provide a quality control service, whereby a senior VIP consultant, visits the temps on your premises to ensure that the quality of their work is up to standard and that the necessary communication takes place. The consultant is responsible for uplifting the knowledge of these temps as well as confirming that you receive the expected service as requested.

Transition Service
When a payroll administrator resigns and a replacement has not been found, you run the risk of a messy payroll as no hand-over has been done.  VIP Recruitment’s Transition Service eliminates the risk. A Transition Consultant will document your payroll process for you and ensure that a proper hand-over is done with the new incumbent (Gauteng only).

Legislation
To ensure that our temps remain up to date with the latest legislation, workshops are arranged at least three times a year, where changes in legislation are discussed and relevant new training courses are presented to them.

Short-term contracts
Some examples of short-term contracts are:

• An ongoing service where a temp processes their payroll once a month – ideal for the company who has a small payroll and does not want to invest in a permanent employee
• Maternity leave contracts.
• Sick leave relief, where the payroll administrator has to be hospitalized for a month or two.
• Additional data capturing during busy periods where the workload has increased
• Data capturing of Personnel, Equity and Skills history when these modules are purchased from VIP.
• Ongoing once-a-month capturing of the above information.
