- Obtain management approval for job grading.
- Inform client of the purpose and the procedure for job profiling.
- Review and select job the evaluation method.
- Gather information on all internal jobs.
- Facilitate job grading sessions using subject matter experts.
- Provide the client with a job grading report for each graded job.
